Estimates

Lumber estimates are good for 3 to 7 days.

Roofing estimates are good for 30 days from the date of the original estimate. After 30 days, a revised estimate may be required.

Quotes are subject to change when quantities ordered and/or metal prices change.

Prior to placing your order, please review your estimate carefully, including types, measurements, and quantities of materials being ordered. Core Metal Roofing and Supply is not responsible for inaccuracies in specifications on materials ordered.

Core Metal Roofing and Supply provides a warranty for the quality of all materials and supplies we sell. If an issues arises with materials and/or supplies, please bring it to our attention within 30 days.

Core Metal Roofing and Supply is not responsible for the faulty workmanship of any contractor, installer, or other person or organization using materials ordered from us, including the owner of the home or organization. This includes mis-ordering of materials. Issues not pertaining to the quality of the material should be brought to the attention of the contractor, installer, or other user.

Delivery and Shipping

Material and supplies sold by Core Metal Roofing and Supply are available for delivery.

Upon delivery, Core Metal Roofing will provide an order-inventory slip to the receiver of the shipment for signature upon review of the order for discrepancies.

Signature indicates the receiver has checked all items in the delivery and that all materials and supplies specified in the order were delivered

Roofing

Core Metal Roofing and Supply provides a warranty on the finish on all panels, trims, and flashings as surfacing materials for 40 years or a lifetime (depending on which product was chosen, including Crinkle Coat Finish) within the limitations described in the full warranty (available upon request).

This warranty:

• Includes peeling, cracking, checking, chalking, and fading
• Is not transferrable

Color variations may exist between material manufactured at different time periods and Core Metal Roofing and Supply may discontinue or change the design of a particular product design. We will make every effort to replace defective material with the same design and color, but we also reserve the right to replace defective material with an item of similar color and design.

What is not covered by this warranty:

• Physical damage caused by misuse, negligence, abuse, vandalism, or excessive foot traffic on roof area.
• Deterioration of finish of materials due to improper storage prior to the installation process.
• Damage or defects caused by falling objects, explosion, fire, acts of God, natural disasters, external forces, riots, civil commotion, acts of war, excessive radiation, or other similar or dissimilar occurrences beyond this company’s control.
• Steel shavings or iron particles that come into contact with the color-coated surface, possibly due to, but not limited to, improper cutting of material with tools that create heat or friction.
• Slopes of the roof or sections with a pitch that do not allow proper drainage.
• Materials installed or stored in corrosive or aggressive environments including, but not limited to, areas subject to marine conditions, chemical and foreign substances in the air or atmosphere, animal waste, decaying materials, wet absorptive material, internal contamination created by improper ventilation, or harmful gases with the exception of normal air pollution.
• Failures resulting from edge corrosion.
